After 'microsoft update' installed Internet Explorer 7 update (KB953838)

http://www.microsoft.com/technet/security/bulletin/ms08-045.mspx

The image uploader ActiveX object didn't load anymore. Instead there was just some text telling me to refresh the page en re-install the ActiveX component.

After trying that, and manually removing the ActiveX, and reinstalling it. It still didn't work. Tried the on-line demo on your website; Didn't work

So, I removed the only IE7 update that was installed today, and it worked again!

You can easily remove the update through a batch file:

C:\WINDOWS\$NtUninstallKB950974$\spuninst\spuninst.exe \quiet

No user input required, en the pc reboots after removal. Off course this is no long term cure. Because tomorrow it will install itself again.

Hello,

You need to update Image Uploader on your site to the latest version. You can read the detailed information about it in our blog: Killbit has been released at last .

Sincerely yours,
