Hi,
I am thinking of offering hi-res uploading to my customers and as such I need to maintain the dpi of the original image.
I have set the dpi to 300 and when uploading the image with ActiveX it maintains the dpi, however when trying the same image with the Java version it changes the dpi to 72.
Is there anything I can do to make the Java version work the same as ActiveX?
Many Thanks Gav

Hello,
Unfortunately Java version does not preserve resolution in thumbnails. We will add this functionality in the next versions. At this moment the only way to preserve resolution is to upload the original file. |

Hi Dmitry,
Thanks for the reply, do you have any idea when an update might be available that would include this please?
Thanks Gav

Unfortunately I cannot tell you the exact date. We are working on version 5.5 now and this fix will not be included there. I guess it will be included in the release after 5.5 which will be available in 2-3 months. Edited by user Tuesday, July 29, 2008 7:26:08 PM(UTC)
