Hello,

I've seen this problem mentioned a number of times:

http://forums.aurigma.co...ng-Active-X-Control.aspx

http://forums.aurigma.co...mation-timer-window.aspx

Does anyone have a solution to let the user know the activex control or java applet is being downloaded and installed? As it is right now, it creates a horrible user experience since the browser is slow and unusable for quite a while during the download and installation.

Are there any solutions available?

Hi,

All download and installation actions are completely performed by browser, so you can only provide some info tips for end-user.

BTW, you can change installation instructions text, as described here.
