Hello!
I have a strange problem which i can even not reliable reproduce. We use the uploader applet with the upload pane control and a few times this control isn't loaded.
Here are informations from the java console which might be helpful:
Java Plug-in 1.6.0_05
Verwendung der JRE-Version 1.6.0_05 Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM
(customized)Uploader version: 2.5.25.0
(customized)Upload Pane version: 2.5.25.0
In the end of the java konsole an exception is thrown:
java.lang.RuntimeException: Error while creating embedded frame
at sun.plugin.viewer.WNetscapePluginObject.createFrame(Unknown Source)
at sun.plugin.viewer.WNetscapePluginObject.setWindow(Unknown Source)
Sometimes it happens, some times everything works fine. I tried out a lot of stuff including proxy settings, but i didn' t get a clou!
I don't expect to get a sollution with this small amount of infos, but may be someone has more information when the java class 'WNetscapePluginObject' is called during the applet initialization.
I interpret the error message so that some url ore what ever is missing in the function call createFrame, but i have no idea how the parameter is normally generated...
If someone is 'interessted' i can post the complete log output

Hi, as we found a possible reason for the problem i reply to myself now  . It looks like that the loading problem is related to the firefox add on Adblock Plus. So far i can not explain what is the reason, but testing the application indicates that the error only appears when the add on is installed. Cheers Peter By the way several times i found that imageuploader and add ons interfear.
