with 2 ImageUpload 4in 2 di4fferent frames the Upload stops in 136KBytes

I create a webpage that have two IFRAMES. I put the Image Upload in both IFRAMES and i click in send button in the image uploader installed on the first IFRAME and the upload start. When i click in the send button in the second IFRAME the upload start but the file stop in the 136KBytes and only continue when the first file is Uploaded or if i cancel the upload. WHY???? Thanks
