Hi,

I've got a support problem with a user that has rejected authorisation message when ask to agree or not usage of Image Uploader.

What is the process under Mac OS X / FireFox 2.0.0.4 to uninstall ImageUploader client choice so that the next time he comes to use it, ImageUploader will be reloaded, and agreement asked again?

Thanks!

Seb.

I went to that folder, deleted those files, and it still does not load the tool properly.

Also you should completely exit from the browser and run it again. Until you reload the browser, the cached information about the client's answer can be used.
Sincerely yours,
