Hello, our users (IE 7 and XP SP2) are complaining when installation (4.6>) is done reboot of OS is required. Do you have some idea why is it required sometimes? thanks Marcel

Hello Marcel, That is not a normal situation. Do you use iuembed.js file for Image Uploader embedding? I heard about such kind of problems when the version number was specified incorrectly. May be here is the same situation. Please check if the version number is explicitly the same as in cab file and specified using commas, not dots as in Java version. |
