Programmer Required

Hi, we have a project that's ready to launch aside from the set up of the imageuploader.

I'm looking for somebody that is very familiar with it up along with a strong background in ColdFusion

What we're trying to do is actually quite simple, just use it to upload a single file in a reduced file size, but we have issues

We need to remove the select all and deselect all, if that is possible.

Plus we have a fixed size that we need to resize to, we're having problems with images that are rotated then uploaded as they do not stick to the same size.

I'm sure it won't be more than 2-3 hours work for somebody with experience in this uploader
