We are having issues with the control Image Uploader 4.1 and PDF documents.

This is the line of code that is failing: Dim sourceFile As HttpPostedFile = Request.Files("SourceFile_1")

We have ruled out a few things:
1. Not related to file size
2. All other document types that were tested are working
3. The majority of the PDF’s are working
4. Can’t be recreated in a our test environment

We are curious if anyone else has had an issue with PDF documents or if you have any ideas about how to debug.

Hello,

Does this problem occur with both versions of Image Uploader? Actually there is a partial support of PDF in the C++ library used by Image Uploader for ActiveX but we disabled it so PDF files are sent as original files or icons (or ZIPs in 5.x). You could send the problem file for us to try to reproduce the problem.
Sincerely yours,
Alex Makhov

Thanks for the response.

I tried attaching the PDF to the forum and it doesn't work. Is there an address where I can send the PDF?
