Converting HSB to HSL Color Model - Urgent !!!!

Hi Friends, I am developing custom Flash Application. I am dynamically getting the Color value as RGB and HSB..and sending the value to ASP to generate an Image. But THe Problem Is I am not clear about how to convert HSB values (which contains percentages too) in to Graphic Mill's HSL ( I am going to use AdjustHsl method to change the color of a layer)..and how to conver %values to GM's -255 to 256 format. Hope somebody will be able to help to solve this. Thank you in advance.. -Nish
