my company www.listingsmagic.com has purchased a single domain license for image uploader. We have a customer that we are trying to segment and we created a new subdomain rmpros.listingsmagic.com. Is there a way to have that domain included in the licensed category. We are getting expired errors and it would be nice if that could be covered? Thanks, Hans

Hello Hans, listingsmagic.com and rmpros.listingsmagic.com are the different domain names so your license key for listingsmagic.com will not work for rmpros.listingsmagic.com. You should buy the extra license for the subdomain. Also it is possible to get the license for your server IP address and all your subdomains with the same IP address will work with this license key correctly. |
