Which of the resize interpolation modes is closest to bicubic interpolation? Or is one of them bicubic by a different name?

We have no bicubic interpolation implemented, because two-pass filter algorithms work better (provides higher quality). There are several two-pass filters implemented (these interpolation modes names are ended on "Filter"). I would recommend to use InterpolationModeLanczos3Filter.
