I have updated the Multiple Descriptions sample to include the "Remove All" button. However in the Java version on Firefox (version 2.0.0.4) the browser crashes when the ImageUploader_UploadFileCountChange function attempts to execute the line UploadPane.removeChild(UploadPane.childNodes[i]). This does not happen in IE with the ActiveX version. Is this a bug in Firefox or is something being done by the Java Applet that causes an unrecoverable error when attempting to remove the upload items from the UploadPane? Thanks.

I have upgraded to 4.5 Dual and Firefox still crashes. I'm using Firefox 2.0.0.4.

Here is a screen-capture of the Java Console after the Firefox crash. I cannot give more details as the console locks up when Firefox crashes. Hope this helps!

Hello,

Those message was posted 2 years ago. Since that time we improved functionality and stability of our product. Developing our software we prepare regression tests and keep them in actual state. We carefully test every version of Image Uploader before making it publically available on different browser and different platforms with regardless of whether it is minor or major release. Moreover our support team handles every problem posted by our customers. I guess you will not be disappointed if you purchase Image Uploader.
Sincerely yours,
