Hello,

After testing aroung with the ImageUploader,
thumbnails have stopped showing up in the FolderView.

I thought at first that it was because something I changed in the parameters,
but then I've tested the original sample you provide, and there also - Thumbnails aren't showing up anymore,
only an Aurigma icon appears.

I hope you can find the answer to this problem.

Note: the files in the attached picture used to have thumbnails when shown in the FolderView.

Hello,

Please, show us your page source code. I think there is some problem in it, because it is very strange behavior.
Sincerely yours,
Alex Makhov

It happened also with your sample script, so even with your original source this problem occured.
But strangely enough, after leaving the computer for the night, and returning about 6 hours later, it suddenly worked out.

I have no idea what was the problem, and why did it stop,
I'm just hoping it wouldn't return again...

Thank you anyway!
(If you have any idea what could have caused this, I would like to hear)

Try to update Image Uploader first.

The only version I've downloaded from your site is the last version (as stated in the subject - 3,5,100,0),
and therefore, my client-side installed version is the latest one.

As I've mentioned, right now it started working again, but I can't tell when it will stop again...

Hello,

Glad to hear the thumbnails are back to us again :w00t:
There was a problem with thumbnails in the previous versions of Image Uploader for ActiveX, but now we have fixed all of them, I hope ;)
Sincerely yours,
Alex Makhov

Hi Alex,

Do you know at which version the thumbnails were fixed. We are having the same problems. The thumbnails will not show. After freshly starting your browser, the thumbs will show once. Then they usually don't show up again.

We are using version 3,5,86,0

Thanks,
Josh

Hello Josh,

We have already released the new version of Image Uploader for ActiveX (3,5,120,0) where the problem with thumbnails has been fixed.
Sincerely yours,
Alex Makhov

We had the same problem. Looking forward to the update file to see if it changes it. We have another problem but I don't know if it's related...

The Java version at least half the time will show a blank brushed metal screen where the uploader should be. If I refresh, the uploader comes back. It's too consistent to be a random thing.

Any ideas?

Hello,

What does the Java control panel say?
