Hi, I would like to use IU with UserQuota (MaxTotalFileSize=10MB) and with OptimizedUpload by using resizing and optimizing. Is it possibile to show not the real maximum total size of the selected files but "nearly" the upload size of the resized images? Maybe you can choose a percent value of the real image size?! On the one hand it is really imported to me that upload is limited, but on the other hand alot of users want to upload their 6mio. megapixel images so it is also important that the images were resized before uploading them. So which options are possible with the ImageUploader (JavaVersion 4.1). It's no problem if the "modifiyed calculated" value will differ about 500KB to the real upload size. Thanks.

Hello, Image Uploader supports the exact original file size restrictions only. Thumbnail file size depends on the image type and content so there is no universal appropriate percentage value for it. |
