One of our users tried to upload photos using Image Uploader on a Win2K IE6 machine. After downloading the ActiveX component the user sees the local folder structure in the computer. After selecting a folder which contains images the thumbnails do not appear in the right site preview pane. Does anybody has suggestions for this..?
We have tried several folders with different amounts of images..

Thanks,

Aart

Hello,

There was a similar problem with the older versions of Image Uploader for ActiveX. What version of Image Uploader do you use?
Sincerely yours,

I use 4,0,33,0.
But I guess the problem occurs when the user tries to open a folder containing thousands of images.. The component needs time to preload the thumbnails I presume..

Hello,

Current version number is 4,0,63,0 so you could try to upgrade to the last version. As about large amount of files problem it is possible if you have set some file size, image width or height restrictions.
Sincerely yours,
