I bought the activex version of IU4 about 2 weeks ago I don't know if I'm being stupid or what.. but I still don't have my license keys on the download section, neither any differente version of the software to download tried sales@aurigma.com already but 2 weeks have passed and still no answer how do I proceed? Thank you, Rodrigo

I am doing slightly better than you - a link appeared in my Licences section once only. I clicked the link and it gave a long list of what you should and shouldn't enter into a text box. I thought I would come back to it later when I had more time. Unfortunately when I came back later the link had disappeared. So I am still waiting, too.

Hi Alex Thanks for providing the Java licence, but I still need the ActiveX licence (I purchased the Dual Java/ActiveX licence). I have tried contacting Julia; I have raised a Support request, but you still haven't provided my licence key and so I can't let my users use my website. As you can imagine this is frustrating. Can you please add the ActiveX licence to My Licences for me? Many thanks Martin
