I bought the activex version of IU4 about 2 weeks ago

I don't know if I'm being stupid or what..

but I still don't have my license keys on the download section, neither any differente version of the software to download

tried sales@aurigma.com already but 2 weeks have passed and still no answer

how do I proceed?

I am doing slightly better than you - a link appeared in my Licences section once only. I clicked the link and it gave a long list of what you should and shouldn't enter into a text box. I thought I would come back to it later when I had more time. Unfortunately when I came back later the link had disappeared.

So I am still waiting, too.

Hi Alex

Thanks for providing the Java licence, but I still need the ActiveX licence (I purchased the Dual Java/ActiveX licence). I have tried contacting Julia; I have raised a Support request, but you still haven't provided my licence key and so I can't let my users use my website. As you can imagine this is frustrating. Can you please add the ActiveX licence to My Licences for me?

Well, actually no. Someone at Aurigma has claimed it has been solved, but it hasn't. I have PM'd you again with the details.
