Web host tried to install new GraphicsMill for ActiveX dlls. Generates error when calling DrawRectangle: Microsoft JScript runtime error '800a0030' Error in loading DLL and when referencing GraphicsMill.Licensing: Server object error 'ASP 0178 : 80070005' Server.CreateObject Access Error advice? old version is 2, 0, 346, 0 thanks

It was the permissions, this solved problem: Give READ & EXECUTE permission for EVERYONE. In this case you should remove permissions from EVERYONE and set them for the account IIS is running under. Uninstall the old version first, de-register its old dlls, register the new ones, and reboot the server.
