Hi,

I have made a purchase for IU yesterday, and I still havent got my license.

I have sent the email to sales@aurigma.com, but no one responding.

Actually I used to send email to sales@aurigma.com before (using other name), but never get reply at all. So I have no choice but post my problem here.

There are 2 hours before 24 hour time.

Where is the license....?????

Hi Ryan

I also pruchased the same product as you. You dont actually get emailed a license as such - instead you create your own. If you go to the aurigma.com homepage you will see a log in link in the top right of the page - log in - then you can go to the "My aurigma" section where you can view your license codes - you will need to enter your domain name to generate one. Hope that helps.

I have my code but I too am waiting on aurigma customer services regarding a problem installing the license code - 5 days now and 3 emails and no reply from them. To be honest I'm assuming that they are having tech problems with mail or something which is why I am posting about it on this bord in the hoe that they realise that people are trying to get through to them in vain. They seem a proper comany so I'm sure its just a hitch.

hi glynuber,

actually i checked my email and login in to the main page every few hours to check. My order status still "in process" after 25 hours...!!1

This is the longest processing time I've ever seen online.

I have sent every sales@, support@ and info@aurigma.com, yet nobody reply.

Actually i did send sales@aurigma.com regarding pricing few months back, but i nvr receive their reply.

Their technical support is very good and the response time is very fast (most of the question get answer within one day), how come their sales counterpart has this kind of problem?

This forum should be technical forum, but I have no choice to post sales problem here :(

25 hr 25 mins now.... hopefully the next day i wake up i can get the license.....

Hello Ryan

We had technical problems with email yesterday, that's why we have delayed the answer. I am sorry for delay.

Regular most of orders are processed automatically, however some of them requires additional verification. Also I should add that more then 95% of emails are processed within 24 hours (I just checked it in CRM).

We spend large efforts on customer support. Sure sometimes problem incidents have place, but we try to resolve them quickly.

If you have not received the answer for for more then 2 days, then please either call us or post the message in forum. The most probably the problem is in spam filters. Unfortunately we receive several thousands of junk emails everyday and have to use automatic spam filters. To solve this problem we plan to implement customer support potral, where customer will have possibility to track the support tickets online.

As for your problem, you will receive the answer in the nearest hour.

I am sorry for delay one more time.

We have answered immediately on your first email, however the answer was not delivered to your server. Your email server returned us "unknown user". Hopefully during further communication with our support manager we have resolved this problem. :)
