Hello,

We're using Image Uploader -- activex 3.5 and java 1.1 versions -- on a PHP 4.3 LAMP box. It's been working well for almost a year but starting to get some reported problems such as:

1) Some files not being uploaded for larger counts (greater than 50 files). FILECOUNT is correct but files are missing.
2) The page after uploading shows up but the upload dialog box doesn't indicate that it's completed.

I checked and the max file upload size for the server is 10MB. Does the uploader send the files one by one so as long as each file is under 10MB it should be ok? And (theoretically) no max number of files or total order? I realized I hadn't been setting the maxfilesize so wondering if that's contributing tot he problem. Right now I have maxfiles set to 100 and maxtotalfilesize set to 100MB.

Any other troubleshooting tips would be welcome.

Thanks.

Hello,

Could you send the direct link to your site for us to test Image Uploader. Also I need additional information about the issue such as type of Image Uploader (Java/ActiveX/Both), type of operating system and so on. You can send it to me as a private message.
Sincerely yours,
Alex Makhov

Hello Justin,

Sorry for the long delay.

I have just successfully uploaded about 20 megabytes of data to your site, so have you fixed the problem yourself?
Sincerely yours,
Alex Makhov

Ok 20MB. One file? Many files and if so how many? Could you answer the questions in my original post up top? Thanks!

Hello,

There were about 15 files, 20 megabytes total.
How much files do I have to upload to cause the problem?
Sincerely yours,
Alex Makhov
