Hi,

When using either the ActiveX or the Java versions, AND when specifing no specific options, does the JPEG image being uploaded in interlaced mode ? My question is : if the original file is not interlaced, does it become interlaced once uploaded. Or unchanged. My needs are that JPEG files MUST always be interlaced on arrival...

TIA

Sylvain

Hello Sylvain,

We don’t change source files which are uploaded to the server. Thumbnails are always sent not interlaced. The only case when interlaced thumbnail could be sent is using UploadThumbnailXFitMode = "ActualSize" provided it has been interlaced before.

Thanks for the reply,

In fact, my question was about full image, not its thumbnail; but I suppose the answer is the same.

Yes,

We don't change the source file any way.
