Can we get info on changes between versions?

I just saw an update to 3.0.825.0 or so but I would like to know what changes we can expect between this and the previous one which I guess was 3.0.800.0. I have to see many posts to gather via reverse engineering the issues that might have been fixed. It is possible that it may be more than that.
Please make it a routine going forward so we know if we need to test for any issues or even skip this version if it does not have fixes that we deem important.
By the way what was fixed in 3.0.825.0 other than providing a fix for Win 98 and ME?

By the way what was fixed in 3.0.825.0 other than providing a fix for Win 98 and ME?
It is the main problem which was fixed. |
