Blank Screen on VPT when trying to use a PSD

Rank: Newbie Groups: Member Joined: 2/19/2020(UTC) Posts: 2		We've been getting a blank screen when trying to preflight a PSD file that contains fonts not on our servers. Should this display an error message of sorts? or am I missing something?
