Users uses Drag and Drop to sort, server doesn't not receive in order.

On the client side the user can drag and drop the photos to set an order. When they hit upload, I am using PackageIndex on the server side script to determine the sort order the user set. When I test it on my machine, this works reliably. When my users are doing it, the order is not maintained.
I am not sure if I'm checking the sort order correctly to begin with and maybe it is just a fluke when it works on my machine.
What is the right way to get the sort order of the photos as arranged by the end user before pressing upload.

Hello, Are you using the latest version of uploader? https://www.aurigma.com/downloads/upload-suiteIf you need to sort files in some sorting mode (not the user sorting mode) you can use this property https://www.aurigma.com/docs/us8/FH_M_J_$au_uploadPane_sort_2_393e8f3d.htm Probably your user cached an old version of uploader in a browser, advise to the user press "ctrl + F5" - this will drop cached files for a page.
