However, I believe the .iso files should be quite large (several GB?). If so, you should configure uploader to send them by pieces: https://www.aurigma.com/...fail-safe-upload-uif.htm

I have the issue when, uploading the huge file am specifying the chunk value as 100000000 as 100MB but its not chunking the file if i am uploading the more than 100Mb in single request only its uploading (on network console only one request of upload.php is displaying). I checked for Apps/verylargefile demo but demo folder is not present inside the Apps for verylargefile, i downloaded for Upload Suite 8 ZIP file (not self-extracting) for developers on Linux or Mac.
