getting connection interrupted message after 5 minutes of

uploading. Checked all PHP parameters according to the earlier post with the suggestions for modifying php.ini. Are there any setting I could be missing that have a default of exactly 5 minutes?
Running IIS 5.0 with the php example, seperate upload (paramter set to 1), windows 2000.
