For some reason iOS8 users are having problems. They are able to click on the upload link - it shows uploading to 100% and then returns to the correct page for the uploadurl parameter - then blows out at PackageFileCount. I ran a quick test to see what was coming back in the Request.Form collection, and it's empty. Any ideas? Thanks |

We had a lot of tests on iOS8 last days (BTW we are preparing a major update of Aurigma Up), but we've never been able to reproduce any similar problems there. So it looks like it has something to do with some particular parameters. Could you please send a link to your site and some instructions how to login so that we could reproduce a problem? If it is not possible, at least please send the param string (or preferable a test project). Looks like this is a kind of a server-side issue. If there will be a solution relevant to Aurigma Up, I would appreciate if you post it here.

Help...Aurigma Up will not upload my photos. What am I doing wrong? I can bring the photos in, but the start upload is not enabled at the bottom. Edited by user Thursday, October 23, 2014 5:17:23 AM(UTC)

Do you mean that you can launch the app, but after you have added some photos to the upload list, the Upload button is still disabled? It may mean that you have a minImageCount param (i.e. limitation for minimum amount of photos allowed for upload). Could you please post here your param string?
