When is this going to make it to the release? It has been a long time and we see usual updates of soon, this thursday and such for last 2 months. Is it going to have any major changes in its internals? Should we be concerned on using/waiting for it due to these delays? This delay is not comforting. Please let us know so we can go ahead with our evaluation of this uploader versus others in the market. Thanks

It has been a long time and we see usual updates of soon, this thursday and such for last 2 months.I am sorry, I understand you. Image Uploader 3.0 has be rewritten from the ground in order to be Unicode compatible, as well as reuse robust and well-tested Graphics Mill source code for all image manipulations. Version 3.0 is feature completed, however it took more time for testing and debugging then we planned. However we hope to complete it finally on this week. Please let us know so we can go ahead with our evaluation of this uploader versus others in the market. We recommend all of our customers go forward with Image Uploader 2.5, as version 3.0 is backward compatible with it. You will have to change only couple lines of code for upgrade. We will also offer free upgrade for those Image Uploader 2.5 customers, who purchase it after June 1 2004. |
