Hello Aurigma,

I have been working with Image Uploader (2,5,0,22) for about a week now. Thank you for developing this product (and having such great support and documentation) - great job!

However, I have been experiencing some issues generating thumbnails that needs to be addressed.

I put 2 images in a folder and then opened the folder with an HTML page containing the Image Uploader. Both images display as "icons" (not thumbnails), and when "uploaded" to a server only icons (no thumbnails) were produced.

Image1.jpg (2592x1944, 180 horz/vert resolution, 24-bit True Color RBG)
Image2.jpg (3492x2340, 300 horz/vert resolution, 24-bit True Color RBG)

I did some testing by resizing the images; creating smaller and smaller versions of the images until they displayed as thumbnails with Image Uploader.

I thought I would be able to find a pattern, however, it was not consistant.

* To my surprise, I tried rebooting Windows and looked at the images again - this time (some images) did show as thumbnails! This leads me to beleive it is probably not an issue with the image size, but may be a "memory-handling" issue.

Can you help provide any assistance to resolving this issue?

Thank you,
Brian

We confirm that problem can have place with large images. Hopefully we already fixed it in upcoming Image Uploader 3.0. We have delayed version 3.0 a bit but will definetly release it on next week.

Thank you for your (incredibly quick) response!

I do hope this will be fixed in 3.0. If you need another Beta tester, I would be eager to participate.

Kind Regards,
Brian
