Hi,

Is it possible to detect whether the users browser supports ImageUploader, and whether or not it is already installed?

A lot of our users are on very slow Internet connections and we want to be able to warn them of the download delay that'll happen when they need to download the plugin.

We are using ImageUploader Dual 4.5

Thanks

George

Hello George,

For ActiveX version there is getActiveXInstalled() method of ImageUploaderWriter. As for Java applet, there is no such method.

Please see Helper Script Reference (iuembed.js) for more info.
