To Technical support team, I need to install ActiveX Uploader 8 as an add-on on IE8 manually (from .msi file, not from the information bar). I'm trying to do following by the instruction from this URL below http://www.aurigma.com/d...oader-on-client-side.htm Here's my steps 1. Download UploadSuiteRedistributable.msi (I choose version 8.0.33) 2. Click the .msi file and do step by step until finish. After that, I try to open aurigma demo page with IE8. But the yellow information bar still appear and require to install add-on. Could you help me to solve this problem?

Hello Natz, Perhaps, Upload Suite version on your site and installed add-on version are different. Could you check it? |

Thank you Vitaly for you reply, It works!   I've checked my Upload Suite version on my site. The version is 8.0.32 not 8.0.33 (The newest version is 8.0.33). I tried to download UploadSuiteRedistributable version 8.0.32 from here ( http://www.aurigma.com/P...eeTrial/OldVersions.aspx ) and install. The image uploader was added in add-on and my site could use Aurigma normally.
