Dear Sirs/Madam,
I am very interested in your Photo Kiosk Software and would like to find out more.
I would like to find out the following:
1) Is it just a one off price, or do I have to pay for a licence once a year?
2) Is the software compatible with iPhone's (plug the cable in from the iPhone and the pictures load up) and Facebook?
3) Can the order be picked up locally on a on-site minilab to be printed?

Hi Anthony, Thank you for your questions. My name is Pauline. Photo Kiosk license costs $249, it is one time fee, no additional annual fees are required. Unfortunately we don't have iPhone or Facebook support. In case of iPhone, we have this feature in our bug tracker, it will be added in one of the next releases. I case of Facebook, Photo Kiosk doesn't support getting images from any website, from your hard drive or any digital media connected to your Kiosk only. Please find more details here. There are 2 alternative workflows: 1. You configure your Photo Kiosk to print orders instantly on the printer connected to your Kiosk. 2. Your Photo Kiosk is configured to stored orders (locally or on any network computer) to be printed later. You also can save your orders in DPOF format and then print them on your minilab. We where planning to buy the software for our shop, but after reading the forum we found out that if there is no Iphone support the software becomes nearlt useless for uss. We have many customers using Iphone pictures to print.
Is there any time frame witch you can tell me the next release will come out supporting Iphone ?

Thank you for your questions. Unfortunately our developer team is busy on the large project. Therefore, we cannot estimate time which is needed to implement the described feature in Photo Kiosk. |

We are considering a change to our Photo Kiosk setup and I have 3 questions:
1- Does the software support the iphone yet
2- Does the software allow for the creation of Photobooks
and
3- Does the software have a calendar creator

1. We don't have a Photo Kiosk for iPhone, however we have an app which allows uploading files from a phone to a website (which may be a local website located on a kiosk machine). However I cannot recommend it as a solution if you don't have any developers in your team. 2. As for Photobooks/Calendars - Photo Kiosk does not support them. We have a web solution for web-to-print ( http://www.pixlpark.com - ready web-to-print system and http://customerscanvas.com - online print product editor). Not sure if it is what you are looking for, but you may want to take a look into it. If you are interested to learn more about those products, please email at d.sevostyanov@aurigma.com.
