Hi, At present, Photo Kiosk 7 always crops to fit the print format by default. More often than not we've had to do reprints under guarantee at our cost because Photo Kiosk has cropped photos in an unsatisfactory manner. I know that customers can change this setting via the "Change Print Options" button in the order page, but in all honesty this option is too trivial for most customers, and those with dozens of photos to print easily overlook the cropping. The best remedy of this situation is to set "Preserve Aspect Ratio" as default instead of "Crop To Fit Format", so that our print staff can set the cropped area manually on the printer. However there is no option to set this default in the Configuration application. Can this please be looked into?
