We are having issues with all versions of Aurigma 8 and Internet Explorer 8. Aurigma 8 does not install properly, that is, the 3 panes never show up.

We heard about it from several customers and we are now able to duplicate the problem ourselves.

Is this a problem you are aware of? Do you have a workaround?

Hi George,

I checked the latest demo in my IE8 and it works fine. Could you please try our online demo to see if you can reproduce the problem there?

I also would like to ask for direct link to your uploader page (login/password if any).

Hi Paulina,

We cannot duplicate the problem on your online demo. We will do some more testing on our end and see what we can figure out.

Hi Pauline,

We found the problem. As always it was something simple. When we upgraded to 8.0.26 we replaced Uploader8.cab, Uploader8_x64.cab, Uploader8.jar, and aurigma.uploader.js files but we forgot to also replace aurigma.uploader.min.js.
