Print rotation and contact information

Rank: Newbie Groups: Member Joined: 9/3/2012(UTC) Posts: 1		I have problems with default printing, it seems that the print is going in opposite direction (I get a big white border on the top of the print). I have tried 10x15cm and A4 (210x297mm) printing. Is there any settings in the print driver that also should be set? I'm going to use the SW in a self service kiosk and want to skip the "Contact information" page, is this possible?

You should also check your printer options and make it print borderless (to fit paper format). As for contact information, you cannot skip this step. The only thing you can do is to ask your customers to specify their names only (Configuration Tool -> Behavior -> Contact information).
