Using downloader version 7.0.4.

Some of our customers report that the download button is sometimes missing. They have tried both Firefox and IE, and the same thing happens in both.

I don't have much more information to go by, and cannot reproduce the problem. Do you have any idea about what could be causing this? Java is updated on their machine to the newest version. We have disabled the ActiveX version of the downloader, and use only the Java version in both IE and other browsers

Please provide me with the direct link to your File Downloader page (login/password if any - you can submit new support ticket to avoid posting this data on the forum).

Also please specify the exact Java update version installed on your client's machine, your client's browser and OS version.
