Today Aurigma Up stopped working on my Android HTC Phone. I tested the same code today on an iPad, and another Android Phone and it works fine. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Aurigma Up but it still does not work. By does not work I mean when I execute <a href="aurup:?uploadUrl=http://yourdomain.com/upload&redirectUrl=http://yourdomain.com/gallery"> Upload Images </a> nothing happens. Everything was working fine and now it does not work only from my phone. What do I look for? What information do you want to help me resolve this problem? Thanks, George

Please share your Android version and the exact mobile device model.
What exact browser do you use?
Please try to open your link in a standard browser.

It works fine from an iPad and from another Android phone. It was working fine on my phone and now it does not work.
Your suggestions?

Hi Pauline,
Some additional information that may help you solve this problem.
1) Your demo site m.aurigma.com also does not work from my Android phone.
2) I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app.
3) The app by itself opens up fine and if I manually enter the URL's then it works fine.
???

Hi Pauline, A little more information: If I enter aurup:? on the browser on my iPad then AurigmaUp starts up. If I do the same thing on the browser on my Android nothing happens. ??? Hi George,
Please try to remember if you changed any settings on your phone or installed any new apps before Aurigma Up stopped working?
Also please try to use Aurigma Up link in the following manner: aurup://?uploadurl=... (I mean "//").

Hi Pauline,
aurup://? does nothing on my android smartphone. It works fine on a different android smartphone and on an ipad. I have uninstalled the 2 apps I installed since it was working. I have uninstalled and reinstalled AurigmaUp. Maybe I need to be a little patient and wait for your next version and maybe I'll get lucky.

PS: Let me know if there is anything else you would like me to try. I am trying to figure this out for my own use, but even more importantly so that we know what to tell our customers, if it should happen to one of them. Everything else on my android smartphone appears to be working ok.

Unfortunately I am unable to suggest any debug program.
I discussed your issue with our developer, she said you could try hard reset. |

I installed the Dolphin browser and Aurigma Up is now working perfectly again. I hope this helps somebody else.
