When hovering over the magnifying glass in the window showing image files stored locally, the magnifying glass appears for a brief second, but then shows the crop icon, even though the Preview window is opened when clicked. Our dev team have checked and it appears the correct image is being called, but for some reason the incorrect image is being displayed. (Java version. ActiveX seems fine). Again, using the latest build of v7 (Java) - ActiveX appears to work OK. Edited by user Monday, February 6, 2012 2:46:15 AM(UTC)

After releasing version 7.0.28 we have replaced the magnifying glass icon with the crop icon. The next releases (v7.0.35, v7.0.37) and all private-label versions based on these releases have the crop icon. Probably, you tested earlier versions, and the magnifying glass icon was cached. Please clear your browser’s cache. Then close the browser and clear cache of Java. If the problem still occurs, please give me an access to your page with the uploader. |
