Hi there,

We have implemented Aurigma v7 (latest build) onto a test page that select customers can access,

If people click our 'Start Upload' button, but have not actually chosen any files to upload, the message "We apologise for a network problem during your photo upload, please check your internet connecti...." appears.

Can someone tell me if this a bug, or a mis-configuration? If the latter, can you supply the config entry that needs to be altered to change this message please?

Occurring in both Java and ActiveX versions 7,0,44,0

I looked through Image Uploader source code. Unfortunately, I could not find this message there. Could you please provide me with a direct link (login/password if any) to your page with Image Uploader? If you do not want to post login information here, you will be able to submit new support ticket. If it is not possible to get me access to the uploader page, please share configuration of Image Uploader (client-side code, and all scripts) with me.
