Everything is working fine for me when I use the upload "From Library" option.

However, when I upload using "New Photo" option (wherein it launches the camera and I take a picture) then hit the "Start Upload" button, I get this error:

Upload Failure
Some server-side error occurred (HTTP code 5xx received). Please contact the website technical team to resolve this problem.

What I noticed though is that after taking a picture from my camera, when it returns to Aurigma, I can see the thumbnail of the picture I just took, but there are times the gray bar below still says "No files selected." Is this a known issue with Aurigma Up?

Hello Mark,

Please provide me with the following details:
  1. installed version of iOS. Please update it to iOS 5.1 if you have earlier one.
  2. installed Aurigma Up. The latest version of it is 1.2. You can download it from AppStore, and update.
  3. a direct link to your site (login/password if any) where Aurigma Up is hosted so that I will be able to replicate this problem myself.
  4. the code snippet of Aurigma Up parameters and server-side code which handles uploaded files.
Best regards,

I'm getting the same errors. The following scenarios seem to work flawlessly (have not ran into an issue):
1. Uploading multiple photos "From Library", whether it's 1 or 15 pictures.
2. Taking 1 "New Photo."
3. Taking 1 "New Photo," then uploading multiple "From Library" photos, whether it's 1 or 15 pictures.

The following scenarios fail to upload images (fails every time):
1. Taking multiple "New Photo"'s.
2. Uploading at least 1 (1 or multiple) "From Library" then taking at least 1 (1 or multiple) "New Photo"'s.

Can you try to reproduce the same errors as i am and let me know your results?

Thanks again for the help AurigmaUp tech team.

- Pat

Just for my mental note, the following issue is also being addressed in the following thread: http://forums.aurigma.co...d-New-Photo-uploads.aspx

This error also only occurs testing with iPhone iOS 5.0.1.
This error does not occur testing with iPhone iOS 4.3.3.
