Hi -

I am wondering if there are restrictions imposed on Flash Uploader by either Flash itself or by the IE8 browser? I have a bunch of IE8 users who can't upload an image 4936 x 2403 pixels in order that the image can be thumbnailed - it trips the validation saying the file could not be uploaded. However an IE9 user on the same site uploading the same file has no such problem? Same version of Windows, same everything else, just a different browser.
An image of 4000x4000 seems to be OK for all users, even though it contains more pixels overall.

Hello Michael,

I need to research this problem myself. Please provide me with a direct link to you page with Image Uploader Flash (login/password if any) where your users experience the problem. You can submit new non-public support ticket to post the login information there. If it is not possible to give me the link, please let me know the following information:
  1. exact version number of Flash Uploader;
  2. client-side code with complete configuration of Flash Uploader;
  3. testing image(s);
  4. screen shot of the browser window when users cannot upload 4936x2403 image.
Best regards,
