When we select the file in upload pane is it possible to add dropdown box or textbox field of a file?

Hello, Thanks for your question. Yes, it is possible: - you can set enableDescriptionEditor property to true. In this case you can add a standard text field to each selected image.
- alternative way is to use Multiple Descriptions sample. It has custom upload pane based on using thumbnail control. When you add images to the upload pane, they will have two text fields. You can implement your own sample so to remove one of them and to change it to drop-down list through HTML. If you have additional questions, please feel free to let me know.
