Is there a way to have the software copy the XML-file (with the order and customer details) to the "processed orders" each time orders are processed? Because now this info is deleted (I have the software delete the orders automatically)

You need to create small script which copies all *.xml files from the folder containing orders to some specified folder and trigger this script before launching "Order Manager". |

Hi Dmitry ,
The reason why I was asking this was because I need the customers telephone number which were inside the XML-file in "orders". Once processed, the XML file is gone.
I tried to see if it was possible to add a CUSTOMER_PHONE tag in the order which is not possible?
The point is, for now I am unable to print the receipts (which may contain order and customer details) from both kiosks. I have the program set to automatically delete the "order" once it is processed, because if not: the "orders" are processed again each time a new order comes in. I solved this by letting the program delete the "order" automatically when processing orders.
I do not know how to make script. But it would very much help if I could some how get the customers telephone number in the "processed order"
Any suggestion is welcome. Thanks in advance.

Hello Glenn,
Unfortunately, this is bug of Order Manager. It does not have “customer phone” tag. Our developer should fix it to the beginning of the next week. I will reply you on Monday.

Hello Glenn, Our developer added "customer phone" tag to Order Manager. I attached fixed exe file to this topic. Please download, and try it out. If you have any problems, please let me know. |

Hi sir, I was wondering if you could help me please, I run a photo developing business and have recently download a trial version of your Photo Kiosk Program. I have a Noritsu Qss Green 1 Drylab printer and would like to send orders to it and thereafter would the orders to come up on the Noritsu Qss Green Ez controller software by themselves? Could you give me any advice if you software can perform such a function please? Have you dealt with anyone that has a Noritsu Qss Green ?
