Just implemented the Aurigma up on my site, it's a great solution. The only problem I have is that portrait images are not rotated properly - I notice that on your demo it works correctly, can you tell me how to get the image rotation for an uploaded photo?

Most probably, you need to enable automatic rotation.

Sorry, I did not notice that you mentioned the mobile solution.

The automatic rotation is made on server-side. The idea is quite simple: you need to extract information about rotation from EXIF metadata and rotate image using some server library.

We will post ASP.NET sample application illustrating this approach to the forum in 1-2 days.

OK. can you get the EXIF data with just ASP.Net without a graphics lib? I can handle the rotation if I know how it needs to be rotated.

I think I have it figured out.

Used the ExifWorks class to get the orientation of the photo:

http://www.codeproject.com/KB/vb/exif_reader.aspx

then used the relevant RotateFlipType to correctly rotate the photo.

One quick question - do I need to get another licence key if I use the app for a sub-domain on the same site?

I'm getting a licence error in the app, not sure if it's a coding error or that I need another licence.
