Dear Aurigma Team, Some strange behaviour with our uploader occured. When we have a batch of uploads with all different sizes and the photo sizes are getting mixed up. i.e. We've uploaded: 10x15.jpg , 10x15a.jpg, 13x18.jpg, 13x18a.jpg, 15x21.jpg, 15x21a.jpg, 20x30.jpg, 20x30a,jpg, 30x45.jpg and 30x45a.jpg Selected the photo size like the photo name (10x15.jpg will be a 10x15 print) in the uploader. After 5 photos the size are getting mixed up, a 15x2a.jpg on which we selected 15x21 in aurigma is changed to 10x15! After some testing with the FilesPerOnePackageCount settings we noticed that if we reduce the packet size to e.g. 4 the problem arises after 4 photos. Changing the package to 10 then the problem happens after 10 photos. It looks like its copying the settings of the first FilesPerOnePackageCount to the next Package! Like its stuck in a loop. Here is an screenshot of the basket: www.onlinefotoservice.nu/downloads/faulty.jpgHere is are code of imageuploader.tpl.php Code:
// Max files per package.
// Should be less than max_file_uploads/2,
// since for every image original file and thumbnail are uploaded.
iu.addParam("FilesPerOnePackageCount", "5");
Hope you can help us out, With kind regards, Rob

Just to be on the safe side, i made a fresh install of joomla (1.5.20) virtuemart (1.1.14) and the latest Aurigma Photo order (7). FilesPerOnePackageCount reduced to 3. After uploading 7 photo and choosen the sizes 4x6,5x7,8x10,16x20,20x30,4x6,5x7, the size get mixed up after 3 photos and starts with a new loop. So the result is 4x6,5x7,8x10,4x6,5x7,8x10,4x6. Windows 2008 RC2 with IIS7. Testsite: http://213.125.49.11/virtueScreenshotEdited by user Saturday, February 12, 2011 2:10:53 AM(UTC)

Hello Rob,
Thank you for sharing these details with me.
I discussed this problem with our developer. You should set FilesPerOnePackageCount property to 0. Then all files will be uploaded in one package, and will have the corresponded size.
Actually, the logic of plug-in does not allow to set FilesPerOnePackageCount to nonzero value now. In this case, there will be situation you experience. The future release of Photo Order will be free of this problem. Sorry for this. |

Hi Dmitry,
Disabled the FilesPerOnePackageCount and the uploads are fine now.
Waiting for the new Photo Order release with hopefully a 'ping' or sound when the upload is done (and all other features of the wishlist) ;-)
Thanks for all your support, With kind regards,
Rob
