Hi again,
I'm occasionally getting upload errors with customers and it looks like a timing problem. The uploader is kicking a user over to the "upload success" page *before* the upload script finishes processing. How do I troubleshoot this? How does the uploader know when the upload script has finished?
Uploader dual version 6.5

Hello Justin, Could you please provide me with additional information on this problem? Please let me know the following: - used OS;
- used types of browsers (with their exact version numbers) where the problem occurs;
- version of Java update installed on the user machine;
- if the problem happens in the Java-enabled browser, please send Java console content after the error.
It would be great if you provide me with an access to the Image Uploader page so that I can try to reproduce the problem myself. If you do not want to post this data here, you are able to submit a new support ticket. Looking forward to reply from you. |
