"You need to specify order details for these images:" any then file name

Cheers

With some items e.g. keyrings, mousemats, coasters there is no need for size, paper or quality
They only come in a default size but need the photo upload capability

Hello Paul,

When you create new product, you will not need to set any attributes in the "Attribute List", but you should set "Photo" in the "Custom Attribute List". Please see the screen shot attached to this topic.

Paul,

It seems that you do not apply attribute "Quantity". You should click button "Apply to all photos" or change "Quantity" to apply value of "Quantity" to the photos, even though there is one photo only. Please see screen shot attached to this topic.

As for attaching. First you should submit post, after that you will see "Attach" button.

Hi Dmitry,

As you no doubt aware it generates an unwanted field called photo and if you add a number to it
- it completes and adds to check out (I'd done something stupid in the back end of VM)

However we don't want the photo field as its confusing and reduces the space for the other fields - possible to remove?

Cheers
Paul

Hi Dmitry,

Thanks for your understanding but I'm not quite following your drift

"It seems that you do not apply attribute "Quantity". You should click button "Apply to all photos" or change "Quantity" to apply value of "Quantity" to the photos, even though there is one photo only. Please see screen shot attached to this topic."

I've attached the screen shots of where I'm at - I suspect its my lack of knowledge of VM which is the problem

Cheers

As you can see the photo field is there but we want to remove it but it won't add to the cart unless we add a value to the photo box.

Cheers

Hello Paul,

You should set Photo (P is uppercase) in the "Custom Attribute List". Please try it and let me know about the result.

Hi Dmitry,

Its sorted - thanks for your help - the P made the difference

Would it make any difference if I bought the extension on behalf of a client?
The domain isn't sorted yet so the client wants it put it on a live test site and then transfered to the correct domain - would this be a problem also?

Many thanks for your patience
Paul

Hello,

Could you provide me with a link to your site (login/password if any) where the problem occurs? If it is not possible, please send me screen shot of page with Photo Order, and screen shot of Product Status tab.

Looking forward to you reply.

Hi Dmitry,
i have removed this code in my template

<script type="text/javascript" src="http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.2.6/jquery.min.js"></script>
<script type="text/javascript" src="<?php echo $this->baseurl ?>/templates/<?php echo $this->template ?>/js/jqueryslidemenu.js"></script>

and everything has worked correctly.

Is there a way to use aurigma plugin together with jquery?

Thanks again for your help.
