Using Image Uploader Dual and sometimes client receives pop-up error msg "Image Uploader Encountered Some Problem. If you see this message contact webmaster". - The problem occurs only with JAVA version, Windows and Macintosh. - Error NEVER occurs with ActiveX version. - The error is thrown immediately. - The error will always occur when testing with the same image on various PCs with any JAVA browser. - Open and resave the image (without resizing) in Photoshop and the error no longer occurs with the resaved image. - The problem images were imported and saved from Mac iPhoto - Similar images from the same job and same workflow do not produce the error. Hello, Could you please submit support case. Also we need additional information from you: - Image Uploader version
- OS, browser versions
- Link to the page where we can reproduce your problem (login information if necessary)
- Java console
