PRB: File Downloader cannot download some types of files

I tried to download .dwg (AutoCAD files) file and File Downloader says:
"Failed to download file \filenameX.dwg from http:…….\filenameX.dwg: Resource not found" and skips this file.

Sometimes our customers experience this problem with different types of files. This issue appears because a server "does not know" type of the file (MIME type). Therefore, to resolve this issue you need to specify appropriate MIME type into mime type list on your server.

For example:
File extension: .dwg
MIME type: application/acad
