I am using java image uploader but i am getting this error in mozilla-firefox "the server or proxy www.my.com not found." please help...

Hi
Some of our users have experienced the same error with the Java Uploader version 2.7.16.0. Did you find a resolution on this issue?

Hello,
Do you use internet proxy?
If so you need to set up this proxy in Java SE settings. Go to Control Panel -> Java -> Network Settings -> Use Proxy Server. Click Advanced button and pay attiontion that there are different settings for HTTP and HTTPS (secure HTTP). If you open the site with Image Uploader via HTTPS, you need to specify the both settings. |
